The 10530 includes a mount/U-bolt assembly that allows the antenna to be secured to a mast, crossarm, or user-supplied pole with a 3.8 cm (1.5 in.) outer diameter.
Technical Description
The 10530 is a high-gain, Yagi antenna for our digital cellular modems. Its narrow beam width requires precise aiming at the service provider's antenna. The antenna typically attaches to a RavenXT-series modem via the 21847 12-foot cable or the COAXSMA-L cable (see Ordering Info and Compatibility tabs).
Yagi antennas are a type of directional antenna that consists of a rod pointed in the direction of the transmission/reception and several cross bars oriented at a 90° angle to the main rod. The rods' length and spacing are optimized to transmit and receive transmission in the desired frequency band.
