ACC CSAT3B CPI RS-485 Splitter

The 30294 CPI/RS-485 Splitter is used to daisy-chain multiple CSAT3B anemometers using CPI or RS-485 communications in series. The splitter has three 8-pin M16 connectors. One connector fits into the CPI/RS-485 port on the back of the CSAT3B block. The other two connectors are used to connect to cables (type CSAT3BCBL3) that lead to other CSAT3B anemometers in series or to a data logger if the splitter is on the CSAT3B closest to the data logger.

For CPI or RS-485 communications, each CSAT3B in the daisy-chain (except for the terminal one) requires two splitters: the 30293 for power and the 30294 for CPI or RS-485 communications. Both splitters are IP68 rated, meaning the connections are protected from dust and water. For a daisy-chain of CSAT3B anemometers using SDM communications, only the 30293 Power/SDM splitter is required.
