Attaching Multiple SDI-12 Sensors to a Single Control Port

Overview

This video demonstrates how to configure unique SDI-12 addresses for multiple sensors so they can be connected to the same control port on a Campbell Scientific data logger. It covers connecting a HygroVue™10, BaroVue™10, and RainVue™20 to a CR1000Xe using an SDI-12 DIN rail terminal bus kit; creating a test CRBasic program in Short Cut; and properly wiring power, ground, and the SDI-12 signal line. The video also demonstrates how to verify that each sensor returns valid readings before deployment.
