Troubleshooting Communications Issues with LogTool

Overview

This video demonstrates the LogTool utility included in PC400 and LoggerNet software. The LogTool utility saves logs of various events, including clock checks, as well as the sending and retrieving of data or programs. Most users will not need to understand these logs. However, if technical assistance is needed, a Campbell Scientific support engineer might request one or more of these logs to help diagnose and resolve issues. This video shows how to access, understand, and manage different types of log files, and easily compress them for transfer to Campbell Scientific.
