COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus Update

LOGAN, UTAH — As the spread of COVID-19 novel coronavirus continues to make an impact, we want you to be aware that we are taking steps to minimize disruption to our operation while ensuring the health and safety of our employees. To minimize risk, exposure, and business disruption we are taking the following actions:

• Temporarily suspending all air travel, both foreign and domestic, and avoiding all large gatherings (conferences, tradeshows)
• Temporarily suspending our local training classes through the end of May
• Postponing our Partners Conference until October 26–28, 2020
• Having many of our employees work remotely from home, particularly those who are in high risk categories
• Alternating shifts for workers in key production and shipping positions

While some of these actions may have minimal impact on our ability to respond to your requests, we are fully operational. We are committed to serving your needs and remain in a very strong financial and operational position to do so. We expect that any business disruption from COVID-19 will be a temporary situation and look forward to resuming normal business activity as the threat recedes in the future.
