After installing an RTMC patch, what would make the text and label look fuzzy?

Users can control the look of their projects to some extent through Edit | Preferences | Graphics Quality. The default option is High Quality, which uses anti-aliased fonts when rendering text. Lowering the graphic quality changes the text so that it is rendered in more of a block fashion.
