TGA Heated Intake Filter & Orifice
The 18072 Heated Intake Filter is used with trace-gas analyzer systems in low-flow applications, such as profile or gradient measurements. It is connected just downstream of the sample intake. The 18072 consists of a plastic housing that covers and insulates a heated filter and orifice assembly. The heater requires 12 Vdc, 0.5 W of power and includes a connector to attach a pn 18073 cable from a 12 Vdc source. Nominal flow for the three standard orifice sizes (0.007 in., 0.010 in., and 0.013 in.) is 0.26, 0.56, and 0.90 slpm (at sea level).
