Overview
DVW Toolbox is a scientific data collection, statistical analysis, and visual display/graphing software package with an intuitive interface. DVW Toolbox helps you quickly create and run tests using your Granite™ VWire 305 measurement modules directly from your PC. (To use DVW Toolbox, you do not need CRBasic programming knowledge or a data logger.) After you have developed and reviewed your newly created test, DVW Toolbox can create the CRBasic program for use with your GRANITE™ based data acquisition system (DAQ).

Technical Description
DVW Toolbox was designed expressly for use in the lab and in the field. This simple-to-use, easy-to-work-with software maintains the high-fidelity measurements you have come to expect from Campbell Scientific. In the event that you do need some assistance, help is available just by pressing the F1 key or from the Help drop-down box.
Communication
DVW Toolbox allows you to set up and collect data from the sensors connected to Campbell Scientific GRANITE and CDM-VW30X modules. DVW Toolbox requires a direct USB connection to a 10 to 32 Vdc power supply applied to the GRANITE and CDM-VW30X modules.
Note: DVW Toolbox only stores data to files in real time. It cannot be used to collect historical data files. To collect historical data files, a data acquisition system (DAQ) with LoggerNet or RTDAQ software is required.
Data Process and Display
DVW Toolbox collects and stores data in a raw text file on your PC. DVW Toolbox displays data in real time in graphical form.
Programming
DVW Toolbox includes a CRBasic program generator. Programs created with DVW Toolbox can be sent to the data acquisition system using LoggerNet, RTDAQ, or Device Configuration Utility for any Campbell Scientific data loggers. Alternatively, the programs can be sent using the DBC file for CAN-based DAQ systems.
License for Use
DVW Toolbox is copyrighted software. Campbell Scientific distributes this software free of charge to enable users to work with Campbell Scientific data acquisition equipment. DVW Toolbox may be freely copied; however, neither DVW Toolbox nor any of its files may be sold or included in any other software or altered in any way without prior permission from Campbell Scientific, Inc.
Limited Warranty
Campbell Scientific, Inc., does not warrant that the software will meet licensee’s requirements or that the software or documentation are error free or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted. Campbell Scientific, Inc., is not responsible for problems caused by computer hardware, computer operating systems or the use of Campbell Scientific, Inc.’s software with non-Campbell Scientific, Inc. software.
All warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed and excluded. Campbell Scientific, Inc., shall not in any case be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect, or other similar damages even if Campbell Scientific, Inc., has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Campbell Scientific, Inc., is not responsible for any costs incurred as result of lost profits or revenue, loss of use of the software, loss of data, cost of re-creating lost data, the cost of any substitute program, claims by any party other than licensee, or for other similar costs.
Licensee’s sole and exclusive remedy is set forth in this limited warranty. Campbell Scientific, Inc.’s aggregate liability arising from, or relating to, this agreement or the software or documentation (regardless of the form of action; e.g., contract, tort, computer malpractice, fraud and/or otherwise) is limited to the purchase price paid by the licensee.
