The 15837 assembly includes a flow meter, needle valve, 6.2 m (20 ft) of tubing, and 1/4 in. Swagelok^® fittings at either end. One end of the 15837 is connected to a corresponding 1/4 in. Swagelok^® fitting on a low-pressure regulator and gas tank (provided by the user), while the other end is connected to the trace-gas analyzer. The 15837 can be ordered as an accessory for the trace-gas analyzer for use in delivering reference gas. For applications requiring a purge gas, a 15837 may be ordered for delivering zero gas to the purge inlet on the trace-gas analyzer.
