The 13497 is a 3.6 Vdc, 1.65 Ahr, 2/3 AA size cell.
An internal lithium battery supplies power for the CR5000 clock and SRAM when the primary power supply for the CR5000 is turned off or not connected.
In a CR5000 stored at room temperature, the lithium battery should last approximately 10 years (less at extreme temperatures).
